The ensuing horn battle between the Clinchfield locomotives echoed against the southwest Virginia hills, and only the countless shutter clicks interrupted the stillness of this historic goodwill train making the march across. In my mind, this was the pinnacle of the weekend. Quite a show for all who were there to witness.
