The "Clinchfield 676" (UP 3985) has changed crews and is getting underway, now officially on ex-Clinchfield rails. The occasion was the 50th anniversary of the Santa Claus Special, and the equipment was making the deadhead move to Kingsport, TN from Huntington, WV.
