A chilly morning in Hollidaysburg. The morning sun highlights the impressive plume from the Everett Railroad's Alco #11 as she rumbles across the Frankstown Branch of the Juniata River at Milepost 10, with a passenger excursion bound for Brooks Mill and Roaring Spring. Although the sun has been up for about an hour, my hands are still telling me I should have brought gloves as the temperature still hovers around freezing. Check out the mist still rising from the comparatively warm waters beneath and beyond the bridge.
