Remarks & Notes
Wampum, Pennsylvania: A small town of 717 residents - the hometown of a former infamous Major League Baseball player, a current National Hockey League defenseman, and is mentioned in the 1986 Vietnam War movie Platoon. One of two NS road trains on the Youngstown Line, Buffalo-Conway 15M's head end crosses the Beaver River as it's 9,500 foot train snakes though the town.

Landscape photography is difficult due to the challenge of combining good light and good scenery. Good railroad photography enters another level of complexity since it requires the first two while there is a train in view.
Just plain cool trains.

The EMD SD (special duty) series are a strong and reliable kind of locomotive which still serve America's rails today. They have proved themselves reliable by clocking in several million miles of freight service over several decades.
