Summit a Year after the Blue Cut Fire - A view of the Cajon Pass a year after the Blue Cut Fire shows little evidence of the destruction at a distance as the ash has blow away and the plants have started to regrow and the grasses and bushes have reseeded. A year ago this whole area was covered with head high Chaparral that had been growing since the last burn through in 2004.
