| A Union Pacific local with leased power works Anchor Packaging adjacent to the Jonesboro Sub. HLCX 1083 has an interesting history. It was originally built as a GP40, ex-PC/CR 3159. It was later sold to the Rio Grande and became DRGW 3147. It was eventually rebuilt by UP as a GP38-2 and later sold to Helm Financial. |
