"Elephant" 2-10-0 steamlocomotives of the SBB like once. On the left C 5/6 # 2958, slightly deteriorated with some parts missing, is spare part for the # 2969 on the right, which is operational again since a few days now. The # 2958 was on display in front of the SBB work in Olten from 1973 to 1996, since then it was used by the association Eurovapor Lokremise Sulgen to help the # 2969 complete. From the # 2958, boiler and tender were used for the # 2969. The # 2958 is on display since 2011 in front of the "Locorama" in Romanshorn, the # 2969 is now operational (not completely finished yet) in the shed of Sulgen. The photo was slightly optimized.
