For the second week in a row, the former Carolina Southern 951 has been leading the journey from Mullins, SC to Conway, SC. The rare GP18 still wears the full paint scheme of the Carolina Southern, though the letters have been patched over. After some various setbacks with major flooding and repair work, it seems RJ Corman has brought this line back to life. Here the train is passing through the various farmland of rural Columbus County, NC with a load of cars for Canfor Lumber in Conway, SC. Fast forward a couple months, and this engine has now been fully repainted in the RJ Corman red and silver scheme. Sad to see the Carolina Southern paint go, but the 951 does look pretty neat in red!
