A 1947 St Louis Car Company PCC decked out in the livery of SEPTA's predecessor, the Philadelphia Transportation Company, makes its rounds through Philadelphia, captured here on Girard Ave by the Philadelphia Zoo. The bridge in the background carries Amtrak's NEC.
