The annual fire department fund-raising carnival is getting set up in the borough of Lilly, Pennsylvania, on June 26, 2017. The carnival's trucks were still arriving in the morning, when Amtrak train 41 passed through. But by the afternoon, as Amtrak train 42 heads from New York NY to Pittsburgh PA, the carnival is taking shape. Amtrak P42DC 88 is on the point of this six-car Pennsylvanian this afternoon.
