The Philadelphia skyline serves as backdrop on this moody day in March of 2015. The foreground shadow is the relatively new Penn Park pedestrian bridge and to the left is a crane being used in the construction of the new Cira Center South. Not visible just yet, in 2015, is the new Comcast Innovation and Technology Center in down town Philly. At 1,121' will be hard to miss when completed in 2018.
