Remarks & Notes
BNSF 5225 and an SD70ACe serve as DPUs on an empty oil train climbing Stevens Pass at Deception Creek near Scenic, WA. Clearances are tight on this climb, and the oil train will meet a westbound Z train at Scenic that had a "leaner" double stack 3-pack which scraped the inside of the Cascade tunnel. The Z will set out the bad order platforms at Skykomish before heading to South Seattle.
