CSX S433 stopped on the main, holding short of the QR103.24 / State Route 9W undergrade bridge. Just 20 minutes before, a 13 foot 6 inch high tractor-trailer jammed itself under the 12 foot bridge in front of the train.
All train movements over the bridge were halted by NI dispatcher until the CSX Bridge Inspector and CSX Road Foreman gave the span the ok and for trains to resume movement.
