Remarks & Notes
Tramesa Steel train between the Port of Santurce in Bilbao and the factory of Coated Solutions in Aranda de Duero. Since January 2016, the transport by train of steel coils required for several factories of the industrial park of "Prado Marina" in Aranda de Duero has allowed to revive the railway line between Burgos and Aranda de Duero. Unfortunately the stretch between Aranda de Duero and Madrid is still out of service due to the collapse of a tunnel in March 2011. In reference to the traction of the freight, notice that Bitrac locomotives are capable of running with electric-only or diesel-electric traction.
