These three well worn EMD units have been on the JY Local for a couple weeks now. Today's train was long enough to fill out the nearly 4000 foot high bridge in Valley City, North Dakota.
The bridge's use was so vital, that during both World Wars, soldiers were stationed to protect it from sabotage.
