This is the bar area on SP 2986, a 12-1949 built Pullman Standard Lounge Car. It was converted to an SP Conference Instruction Car #206 in 1971, and used for rules exams. In 1975, it became Conference Instruction Car #216, and in 1984 was restored to Lounge 289, the "City of Angels" at SP Los Angeles Division Shop for the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics. It went to the UP at merger in 1996, and became UPP 2986 in 1999, and is displayed here that the Durham Museum in Omaha Union Station.
