New Kids On The Block After giving CSX Q581-28 (Nashville,TN-Atlanta,GA) up to the top of the Cumberland Plateau, CSX J289-28 with a pair of ET44AH passes through the town of Cowan,TN (MP J-86.8 SE Cowan) taking the restriction signal to head back into the helper pocket just north of town. The motors will tie back down at the yard, and the crew will de-train heading back into the yard office to wait for the CSX Q583-28 to arrive for a push later on during the mid-morning.
