Every night is an adventure trackside! Tonight brought freezing rain covering everything in over a quarter inch of ice by train time. Notice the ice spraying off the rail at the front wheel of 3809 in the photo! Strap on boot traction devices are a must here for safety! Flash units are enclosed in zip lock bags with icicles on them. The pair of GP 40-2s are pulling hard coming past at 04:56 with interchange from VRS in Burlington.
