Double-decker train "Moscow-Kazan". EP20 locomotive with passanger double-decker train goes from Moscow to Kazan near Zelenodolsk city, Tatarstan republic. Since 2015 year Russian Railways actively introduce and implement the double-decker trains. In coming years Russian Railways will plan to replace all second-class carriage by the double-decker trains to improve passenger comfort. The price that will remain the same because of the increase number of places in double-decker. The EP20 is a type of 6 axle Bo'Bo'Bo' electric passenger locomotive being built for Russian Railways by Transmashholding's Novocherkassk Electric Locomotive Plant. The locomotive was designed by Transmashholding and Alstom.
