The crew of OSCR 104 take a load of scrap ties through Jackson, Ohio. This is along the Wellston-Jackson Belt Line R-O-W. The depot pictured left belonged to the belt line. Jackson was once the home to DT&I shops. Additionally, the B&O and C&O once ran through town.
