Remarks & Notes

The Liberty Memorial dominates the backdrop as UP Train AAMEW 07 starts to lay into Merriam Hill on the BNSF Ft. Scott Sub. with only the SD40-2 leader available for power. It's notch 8 and sand from here all the way to 75 Street in Merriam. The coal load on the right is BNSF Train C CDMKBB0 04J.
