Just a few short hours into the Nor'easter snowstorm that is forecast to dump up to 2 feet of snow over portions of New England, New England Central train 600-29 is seen passing the north end of the White River Junction, Vermont, yard with NECR GP38 3845 and GP40-2 437. Snowfall was intense all afternoon and was heavy as the crew passes the CTC signals.
An ongoing/growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome, but seldom seen beauty of railroads because most of us don't go out after sundown or before sunrise. From dusk to dawn, lights are on! (And I continue to find new "Lights In The Night"!)
