Dashing through the snow... It looking back on 2016, it didn't take long for the New Year to make an impressing when West Virginia received its biggest snowstorm in my lifetime during Jan. 22-23. More than two feet of snow blanketed much of the Kanawha Valley, curtailing rail operations and leaving crews stranded. Nearly 17 hours after the snow started, high priority container train, CSX Q135 barrels through 22" snow drifts on its way to Russell, Ky.
