| Westbound grain empties bound for loading at Knierim, IA, in western Iowa rolls out of Winthrop. The train has extra power and cars that will be setout at Waterloo. Winthrop is 30 miles east of Waterloo at MP 244 on the Dubuque Sub. Next winter storm begins to roll into Iowa as the railroad braces for more cold weather and snow. |
