| This scene can be common in the evening hours with 338. Here 338 has pulled up as far they can waiting for the drawbridge or the BNSF to take them east out of Dubuque. It's common for 338 to get stuck for BNSF trains or boat traffic, but this night the BNSF dispatcher wasn't to concerned with 338 as he ran everything he could find to run 1st. 338 got well over 2 hours delay by the BNSF. One of those many BNSF trains 338 saw can be seen under the fuel tank heading off westbound. |
