Beneath the sweeping steel arch of the Henry Hudson Bridge, an inbound Metro North Hudson Line train from Croton Harmon to Grand Central Terminal, pauses at Spuyten Duyvil station in the Bronx, along the north bank of the Creek of the same name. The apartment buildings above the train are perfectly situated to overlook the Hudson River and Amtrak's West Side connection to Penn Station, out of the picture to the left.
