As aging wooden snow fences observe silently the eastbound 'Sinclair local' approaches its namesake. The local's normal consist of tanks & hoppers, bound for the Sinclair refinery, are accompanied this day by several center-beam flats, bound for storage at Ramsey, Wyoming.
