Remarks & Notes

In 2016, H&MC purchased three former LMX/SLRG B39-8Es. The 8560, still in its original LMX livery, has received a nice touch-up of paint on the nose since its arrival in Huntsville, while the 8527 continues to wear its Rio Grande-inspired SLRG paint scheme. The third ex-LMX unit, the 8539 (not seen), is reportedly used as a spare parts donor.
