Remarks & Notes

Waiting at an approach signal for single track at Palmer Lake at a location known as the “Sag” near Spruce is a southbound Burlington Northern coal train. Four new Oakway Leasing EMD SD60s, along with a BN SD40-2 and a GE U30C power the train on Colorado’s Joint Line on July 14, 1987.
