| Hose her down. Companion picture to #595237 but from the opposite side. A minor derailment has resulted in the hopper landing on a propane tank. They need to burn off the propane before moving the car. The firemen are dousing the tank with water to prevent a spark and also (I think) to keep the pressure regulator from freezing up as they remove the propane. |
