Remarks & Notes

A new ET44AC powers Norfolk Southern’s Sharonville to Clare Yard “turn.” This location used to be called CP Valley but lost it's "CP" designation when the signals were deactivated in 2015. The train is leaving Indiana & Ohio's Oasis Subdivision and entering the former NS Cincinnati District (AKA the Peavine). The bridge overhead was once part of NS’s Hyde Park Branch. It was sold to the city of Cincinnati earlier this year and will become a bike path in the coming years. The first phase of the trail is scheduled to be complete in 2017.
