After finishing their work in New River, CSX local manifest train J783 (Lima, OH- Cincinnati, OH) slows to a stop at Heaton St. I would later hear the disptacher tell them they would be going south the "Old Way", instead of utilizing the directional running. I had not long to set up before I would hear them throttle up, and the signal lighting up a "High" clear, instead of the usual low marker light aspect.
