The daily Waterloo Yard to Kirk Yard manifest train has some run thru foreign power today. Here the train climbs the grade out of Dyersville with pair of CSXT and pair of CN units. I kind of like this paint on these ex-AC6000's. Pretty rare when 338 doesn't get DP-ed due to the size, but today's train is conventional, probably due to the holiday.
In 2014 the CSXT derated these 6000hp units to 4600hp and reclassified as ES46AC or ES46AH, however, they retain the GEVO-16 engines.
Not
just heritage schemes, not just commemorative schemes - this album is devoted to some of the world's most interesting paint schemes, past or present.
