New England Central Railroad's 323X-24 - the Carnival Express - train that is hauling equipment for the James E. Strates Carnival, is rolling through Roxbury, Vermont, with NECR SD40-2 3405 and GP40-2W 3015 leading the 42-car (26 loads/15 empties - some equipment trucked from Buffalo to Burlington ahead of the train movement) train toward St. Albans, Vermont, on August 24.
