Erie Lackawanna Heritage SD45-2 1700 has returned to the Oak Island to Brown's Yard OI-16 freight. The 1700 was recently moved to Conway Yard, near Pittsburgh, Pa., for its 92 day inspection. The 1700 is viewed pushing the OI-16, from the Port Reading Secondary onto the Garden State Secondary.
