The "Mallet" Ed 2x2/2 (0-4-0+0-4-0) # 196, built by Maffei Munich in 1893, on the turntable in Lyss during the steam days. On the left Eb 2/4 # 35 from 1891 (Emil Kessler/Esslingen/Germany). Both locomotives are with SBB Historic, based in Balsthal and operated by the Balsthal steam crew. They came with a charter train to the Lyss steam days.
