| A Montana Rail Link helper set of four SD70ACes pass the “Jimbo” work train at Skyline siding on Montana’s Mullan Pass on June 29, 2016. The work train spent the morning picking up old ties on the east slope of the pass west of Austin, in between dodging frequent BNSF freights and helper movements. The black soot accumulating on the SD70ACes is the result of working hard inside Mullan Pass’ summit tunnel on a 2.2% grade. |
