| WPY's complete fleet of GE 90 Class underwent a multi-million dollar upgrade between 2009 and 2013 and are now classed as CERES 140’s, which stands for Controlled Emissions Repower Systems. Power and adhesion were increased while emmissions were reduced, they meet current and projected future EPA standards. |
