Ab 608 awaits departure from platform 9 of Wellington railway station with special to Taita marking 100 years of ANZAC Day honoring Australian and New Zealand war veterans. Built in 1915, this locomotive was dedicated as a war memorial honoring the railwaymen who did not return from WW1.
