"ALCOs Under the Cutoff"

A trio of DL ALCOs are seen leading PT-98 on the final leg of the journey to interchange with NS, under the Lackawanna Cutoff near Portland, PA.. Fitting to see the DLW inspired paint C425 leading under the Lackawanna built cutoff.
