MKMX SD45 5373 and Santa Fe SD40-2 5052 switch out some cars in Fullerton, California, on December 1st, 1997. The Morrison-Knudsen engine was built as ATSF 5621, and it was later renumbered to ATSF 5373 when the engine was rebuilt (Santa Fe called them SD45u's). Eventually, it was sold to Morrison-Knudsen and then leased back to the Santa Fe.
