Nickel Plate S-2 2-8-4 765 has the Chattanooga to Emory Gap, Tenn. excursion rolling after having collided with a truck soon after crossing the Tennessee River. Steam leak repairs were made at grade crossing and the most visible damage now is a bent right pilot step.
