The mixed trio of Union Pacific 8717 (SD70ACe), CSX 387 (AC44CW), and BNSF 4242 (ES44C4) leads K-141 through Mine Dock Park in Fort Montgomery, NY near Bear Mountain on April 14, 2016. This view shows a very different scene than existed here just a year ago. The top of the decaying wood barge that had been featured in shore line photographs for over a half century has fallen into the Hudson River. And the ground in this area, once overrun with scrub brush and weeds, had been cleared by the town in preparation for new lansdcaping to improve the park.
