Remarks & Notes
Another area of the narrow gauge which has been recently opened. Here guest engine 104 is at the head of a train carrying sawn wood. The traction engine has been harnessed to drive a belt which in turn drives the saw. Logs are reduced to planks which will be used around the site for construction. Chips will be used for fires in the houses in winter time. In the spirit of the World War 1 theme the work is overseen by soldiers, the work itself is done by "prisoners of war", indicated by a yellow spot on the clothing.
