Remarks & Notes
Oh ... That's What the Flashing Red Lights Mean!

As Southern Pacific's Huntington Beach Hauler was heading back to Anaheim, a moron in a white car somehow failed to notice the flashing red lights on the crossbucks and the large GP9 approaching the grade crossing. So, thanks to this idiot, Chapman Avenue was closed way longer than it would have been if they hadn't interfered with its journey. (Stanton, CA, September 1992). Pictures of things often unseen in the world of railroading. Interesting equipment, operations, and people that help the railroad go around.
