An eastbound manifest passes by the row homes along Scull Street, in what used to be a "semi-quiet zone." Trains used to reduce their speed to 25 mph and ring their bells while passing through Lebanon, but track speed has been raised to 40 mph, and trains now sound their horns at every crossing. A lot has changed in 25 years; the sidings and pole line have been removed, wide-cabs now reign supreme, etc.
