A Conrail "Executive E" is running light, westbound on the Harrisburg Line. The building on the left at the time was the "Plant 1" office of GE Environmental Systems, originally the Union Boiler Works. Behind the locomotive is "Plant 2," where oil refinery cyclones were built until 1997. No. 4020 was built by EMD in January, 1951 as the PRR 5809; it's now preserved by the Juniata Terminal Co. and still runs occasionally.
