Westbound Canadian National manifest freight No. 355 slinks through the rugged depths of Black Canyon west of Ashcroft, British Columbia, on the afternoon of September 28, 2015. At this location in the heart of the spectacular canyon, CN’s main curves westbound through a long tunnel and immediately crosses the Thompson River on a truss bridge.
