Remarks & Notes
M338 departed Waterloo at 12:45, for the daily trip to Kirk Yard near Gary, IN. Most days the train is over 10,000 feet or 14,500 tons, so the train then run as a distributed power train. Today the CN 2121 shoves hard cut into this 2x1 DP-ed M338. Here train crosses one of the many wood bridges still left along the CN Iowa main, about 8 miles east of Waterloo.
