Double Dose of ALCO Power
While the Morristown & Erie is one of the few railroads still using ALCO power in 2015 catch both units on a freight is a true rarity. However on a gorgeous fall morning the two were assigned together to test 19 which was just in for work. The two red ALCOs are seen approaching Lake Junction with empty hoppers for interchange with Norfolk Southern. |
